Lazy, disrespectful employees that consistently give late and incomplete deliveries. The girl working the counter told us she could not accept cash because the were in the middle of a shift change, and it would be 15 minutes before she could. My wife went in to get us a couple cookies. Wont be going back due to the fact that I was apparantly wrong while standing at a locked door. Customer care phone number was surprised and wanted to doubt that I was correct. Tried to go in at 5pm on Sunday and door was locked and closed. Seen it multiple times with different people) #INSOMNIA COOKIES DELIVERY BROAD RIPPLE DRIVERS# Would encourage everyone to try.Ĭons: overpriced (to be expected), long delivery times, and the drivers are tip hungry (they dont offer change if you pay with a 20 and expect to keep the change. Just wasnt my favorite but happy I went and tried. My daughter had the brownie and loved it. Now my sister who had been bugging me to go lives in Michigan and Loves these cookies. The Cookies are fresh and was good cant say my favorite. Usually they are very good cookies but this experience made me very unhappy. Finally our cookies get here and they werent even warm. Called costumer service and was put on hold (she way very nice about everything). We ordered 6 cookies at 9:53pm, and they werent delivered until 11:20pm. Granted, we had a large, late-night order, but thats no excuse for more than doubling the original delivery time AND miscalculating multiple follow up estimates for a delivery a half a mile from the shop. Love the cookies and the concept, but they really miss the mark on hitting the delivery times, which are obscenely long to begin with. on the also got the strawberry ice cream.loved it ALL.I have been there 5 times since last week.cant wait to get more. umm ummm.my favorite are the Snicker doodle cookies.i definitely recommend going here.I love even more that they are open late nights.3 a.m. I love this place. The cookies are soooooo warm. Delivery radius is pretty small, but that is to be expected for a shop of this size. There were plenty of choices and all are served warm, they even had ice cream and make custom ice cream sandwiches. When you open the door at Insomnia Cookies you are surrounded by the wonderful smell of fresh baked cookies. Insomnia needs to step up their customer service if they want to keep the orders coming in.Īfter a steamed bagel sandwich down the street, we somehow had a little extra room for dessert. On top of that, its apparent the delivery person never read the delivery instructions because she almost delivered the order to an address that doesnt exist. I understand there are going to be other orders that need to go out but 1.5 hours for an order is ridiculous. The business model is solid, but the customer experience is terrible. If you happen to actually get a hold of a customer rep on the phone, they have no idea what theyre doing, no way to contact the individual branches, and a system that is inflexible that they arent able to navigate. #INSOMNIA COOKIES DELIVERY BROAD RIPPLE FULL# They make it nearly impossible to get a hold of them, not placing a phone # anywhere and making you fill out a page full of details to submit a concern. Since the beginning of the year, I have experienced all of my orders either 1) being wrong, 2) being melted and/or rock hard, or 3) not even showing up. #INSOMNIA COOKIES DELIVERY BROAD RIPPLE PRO# Internal applications, then our B2B based Bizapedia Pro API™ might be the answer for you.I live 10 minutes from the Broad Ripple location in Indiana and have been a frequent Insomnia Cookie shopper since they opened.
